ORDER PROCESSING

Orders can take 1-5 business days to process before shipping out.Ā Shipping costs are calculated based on each itemā€™s destination and weight.Ā Ā 

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.Ā  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment. All customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.Ā

Domestic packages within Canada are shipped with Canada Post:

  • Shipping with Tracking & Insurance: 4-8 estimated business days

International packages to the US are shipped with Canada Post:

  • International Shipping to the US with TrackingĀ & Insurance: 4-8 estimated business days

International packages outside the US are shipped with Canada Post or Chit Chats:

  • International Shipping outside the USĀ with Tracking & Insurance: 8-22 estimated business days

TARIFFS AND DUTIESĀ Ā 

International shipments to the US are now subject to tariffs and duties. These tariffs and duties are paid by Imber Vintage.Ā 

International shipments excluding the US may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipmentā€™s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs.Ā

INSURANCEĀ 

Imber is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to not claiming a package and/or providing an incorrect shipping address. If a package is returned to us, please note that the customer is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void.Ā 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Include insurance for the value of your packageĀ 

Insurance covers your package while it is in possession of the carrier and protects it against loss or damage. If your package has been damaged or lost by the postal service please contact imbervintage@gmail.com to open an insurance claim.Ā Ā
